Who Runs This Site

An independent owner’s guide to Hampton Bay ceiling fans, lighting, patio furniture and cabinets. It is not The Home Depot, and it is not the Hampton Bay brand.

A guide for owners, not the brand

Hampton Bay is The Home Depot’s own brand. This site has no connection to The Home Depot, to Home Depot Product Authority, LLC, which owns the Hampton Bay trademark, or to any company that builds Hampton Bay products. It doesn’t sell anything, take orders or handle returns and warranty claims.

What it does is answer the questions owners and shoppers keep asking: where the model number is, which remote matches the fan, what a part is called, what the warranty covers and who to call.

Where the facts come from

  • Hampton Bay use and care guides, the manuals published with each product on homedepot.com
  • Home Depot product listings and its Hampton Bay customer service page
  • Recall notices from the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission and Health Canada
  • The questions owners search for most, which decide what each page covers

If a detail can’t be checked against a source like these, it stays off the page. Prices aren’t listed because they change often; homedepot.com always has the current one.

Why the guide exists

Search for Hampton Bay and you’ll find pages that call themselves the official site but mostly repeat the same thin advice about finding a manual. None of them tell you which remote fits your receiver or how to read the label on your fan. This guide was built to fill that gap, and it says plainly what it is.

Spotted a mistake?

Hampton Bay changes models often, so a page can fall behind. If you find something wrong or out of date, write to us and it will be checked against the source and fixed.

How the site pays for itself

Some links to Home Depot and Amazon earn a small commission when you buy. That never changes what a page says. Affiliate links explains how it works.
